Through hairline cracks above and below electric conduits in roof

Dear Sir, Upper floor of my house was built a year back. Around 3months back i could see hairline cracks on the inner and outer surface of the roof's center (thru crack through which water pass through). Cracks appear to be at the places where electic conduits are laid down and on the both side of the fan box, during rains water drips through these cracks. can you please suggest what is the prob.
