Spiral staircase from first ground floor to first floor

Hi, We are planning to construct first floor on existing  built house on 1200sq ft plot. We are planning to have internal staircase from ground floor to first floor (spiral ). 1.Kindly suggest which part of the house can be used to place spiral staircase. 2. Is it ok to open the existing roof to provide landing are for first floor?I am attaching the structural diagram , floor plan of the existing .
