answers | I am planning to construct a Stilt+ 2 floors building for residence. One civil engineer says, it is not safe to have stilt floor without walls from earth quake protection point of view. Dimension is 46 ft x 34 ft. As per soil test we plan to have foundation at 6 ft depth.Question: Is it true?
