i need to calculate stell as per my eng drawaing

dear sir,               i need to make sure of steel bars weight used in my building as per drawing of rcc structure given by engnier he said before stell will not go 3.25kg per sq fit now the contrator is saying it has gone above 4.25 kg so i have drawing of full building sctruture so i need some proffional to calculate.
