Basement - Type and Cost

Hi,We have a 60 feet (road facing) and 50 feet (depth) site and plan to construct basement (we need basement for parking as we will construct many apartments... around 9 apartments). The road in front of the site is 35 feet wide.I have the following questions related to basement in light of the above information-1. Should we construct full underground basement? Cost of construction

Hi, We own a land in Bangalore (City Center) and the size is 60 (width road) and 50 (depth) which makes it 3000 Sq ft. We plan to build apartments and rent it out. Please share house plan and cost for Ground+2 floors. We plan for 1 flat on ground floor (for us) and balance 2 floors with 3 flats each. Also on Ground floor we want car parking for tenants. So on Ground floor we need only 3 bedroom.
