Cost of RCC

Sir,I have a requirement wherein I have to build 2 structures of dimensions 110*26. Does the RCC Rate and Construction cost vary if I build the Structures One on top of the other? what is the best way to proceed?1. A Single Level [Ground Floor] structure which is 110*52 (26x2)or 2. G+1 Structure with 110*52Thanks...Vasanth.
