Labour cost for concrete

Hi,I am planning to build a shop in the approx size of 12' x 14' with height 10'. It consists of 4 pillars, belt, lintel and RCC slab. I want to know what is the approx labor cost for each of the concrete works(4 pillars, belt, lintel and RCC slab). I am not sure about how the contractors compute the squarefeet for concrete work also. I am very new to this, so if you can give a detailed descriptio.
