distance between pillars

Sir, I want to construct a double story hall room size is 27 x 27 feet. I want to place three pillars on both sides(distance between pillars are 14 feet) with beams to support the RCC slab. I don't want any pillar in the center of the room. please advise me the size and number of steel should be used in Pillars, beam and slabs. Also advise me the combination of concrete should be used in this buil.
