beam projection in staircase spoiling skirting

Hello, a staircase was planned with kotah stone treads, risers and skitrting. All were to be wet cladded. But a Floor Beam has projected inside the staircase at the landing slab. this has eaten up 100 mm of stair width at the top three steps. And created a recess below the beam for the rest of the steps of this flight. So, the skirting of 150mm high that was planned on the wall surface of the stai.
