COST construction of only 1 story house and construction of G+4 residential cost is 1:5 or different

My question is like construction of upper floors are cheaper than ground floor. Let me ask in different way if we construct a house only for ground floor with base for ground floor only and one same kind of hose as G+4 so second would be just as first *5 as cost or less or more as base for G+$ should be strong etc. For example if 1 strory cost me 10 lacks the same G+$ cose me 50 lacks or less or m.
