1. Site situated near Industrial/Commercial area.2. N and S side with 106 Ft.3. E and W side with 56 Ft.4. 40 Ft width road on South side.5. 100 Ft Width road on West side.6. The prevailing labor wages for construction of RCC building in Vijayawada is 150 to 180 per Sq.Ft. This is for any apartment that will have inner walls, plastering, closets, shelfs, etc etc. What should be the labour cost for RCC building per Sq.Ft if I want to have just slab and outer walls? I want to construct a building of 3000 Sq.Ft plinth area with just outer walls, windows and rolling sh.
