Column design

Dear Sir,We are constructing a individual house at an area of approx 1000 sq.ft. G+1It is now at the roof level. There are 17 columns. Builder used the below for columns. 9x12 - 4 nos 12 mm rods and 2 nos 10 mm9x9 - 4 nos 12 mm rodsI have attached the image file of the plan. ( 9x12 - red colour, 9x9 - blue colour) Kindly let me know if this is strong enough for G+1 or G+2 and if any additional str.
