Columns marking

Hi, How are you all? Please help me with this plan. Plan is attached here and same plan will go to first floor( G+F) 1.    1.    Kindly mark the minimum number of columns that I may need. 2.      2.  Right side of the plot there is 2 storey building so I do want to go for 4.5 inch wall thickness to save some space. Kindly mark other places where I can replace 9 inch thick wall wit.
