Reg planning & construction of 5 storey building in 50x60 site in bangalore

I am going to construct 20 nos. of 3 bhk flat measiuring 25 x 49 sq. ft. in each flat. can u please help me out to design the external elevation of the building with the low cost maintanence as well as proper cover for windows and ventilation from the rain and direct sunlight. please he lp me out. palash.
