This story is about my client, a factory owner Mr. Himmat Rai of Panipat who was facing problem in his business and personal life. He called on me and told about his Business problems. Suddenly he started getting obstruction in business. He faced all around difficulty, payment not coming, errors in production, labor problems and orders not coming etc. I decided to visit the site. There I saw that the major vastu defect was present in his factory. The auspicious direction (Northeast) of factory was heavy, cluttered and covered. Also In his house Northeast dosha was present. Wealth is supposed to come from the north and northeast directions, that is why vastu suggests that these direction should remain open. 

I have evaluated the site and found these vastu dosha in his factory and house.

Northeast Direction:

Defects: This room is in the Northeast of Factory. But vastu says, there should be open space in north, east and northeast. In this room, northeast portion is heavy and cluttered. This room used as a store room.

Solution: I recommended him to demolish this room and keep this quadrant clean and clear.

Windows In North:

Defect: Above picture shows the windows in north direction. Windows in north and east are recommended in vastu. But these windows are closed by placing bricks.

Solution: Recommendation for this problem is to remove these bricks and dump from the North.

Center of Factory:

Defect: In center of factory there is a palette like a beam which is making center heavy. This palette has not been used since last 10 years. This room is also used for placing dump.

Solution:  I recommended to remove this palette from brahmasthan (center of plot) and to remove dump from here.

Room in Southwest:

Defect: This room is in Southwest of the factory. This is used for placing raw material. Southwest is not good for placing raw material. This is the main reason of error in production.

Solution:  Solution for this remedy is to place raw material in northwest of factory. This should be used for machinery.

Northeast is Higher than Southwest:

 Defect: This picture shows the first floor northeast of factory which is higher than southwest. Room in east was used by labor for residential purpose.

Solution: Demolish this room.

Toilet in Northeast of House: I have also visited to factory owner’s house. Here is also a northeast vastu dosha. His bedroom is in northeast direction and toilet in northeast. But this house is rented and he told me that he will change this house within 5 months. So I have not recommended any changes in his house.

In the factory and House northeast dosha was present, which was affecting Mr. Himmat Rai’s personal life and business. After doing those remedies, His life became better than before. Now he is getting orders and payments in time. He lives happy and prosperous life.
