I want to construct a basement, ground floor, first floor and 2 nd floor as per local building laws of the HUDA. I am a little confused how to go about it - whether to construct independent units at each floor level so that rental income can be generated in future or should I go for a single family unit construction to enjoy a peaceful comfortable living for self. |
