What is the procedure to clean up a new floor?

A new floor needs daily cleaning and maintenance. This can be done by the following procedure:
  • The floor should be properly polished and coated to prevent the light and medium scratches on the floor. This should be done after every three to ten years.
  • The top layer of the floor should be lightly sanded to get rid of scratches on the floor. This allows the new layer of finish to take hold of the floor tightly.
  • The hardwood floor will then be vacuumed and a new coat of finish is applied. This gives hardwood flooring added protection and a new shine.
  • Then the floor should be waxed after a certain time.
