NONE of us would be here were it not for women! Guess it's just another reason I'm Buddhist and not Hindu. I feel sorrow for you in your and other's narrow thinking. It will serve as a karmic seed for rebirth in the lower realms. |

| By Neha - On 4/21/2010 11:30:08 AM | Dear sonikagour
According to vastu pooja room is not preferable in storeroom and kitchen. But if exist…There should be a clear demarcation of the Poojaroom and it should not be used as a store. In case the kitchen has a smallMandir, it is advised to keep it in the North East corner. The pooja roomshould be neat and clean. Avoid dirt or clutter therein and keep it fragrant.

| By Anonymous - On 7/13/2009 9:09:59 PM | My plot faces the north-east and the other sides of the plot are the south-east,south-west, north-west accordingly. The corners of the house actually face the four directions. My puja room is situated in such a way that one of the walls is to the north-east which is actually the front portion of the house and this wall has no hindrance and only has windows to allow positive energy flowing into the puja room through this north-east. The other wall faces the south-east and this too is unobstructed. The third wall has an adjacent study room to it at the south-west and the fourth wall lies to the north-west. Since the east is actually the corner portion of the house i.e the north-east wall and the south-east wall meet at the corner which is the EAST, can i place my mandir and the idols of God in this corner(EAST) as according to vaastu or should i use the north-east wall below the window to place my mandir? Please suggest. Thank you. |
