Which type of materials are required for drainage pipe fitting?

 
The following materials are required for drainage pipe fitting.
  • COUPLERS
  • TEE
  • ELBOW
  • DRAINAGE PIPES
  • PVC TRUNKING
  • RUBBER FLEXSEAL ADAPTER
  • BEND
  • JUNCTION
  • REDUCING SOCKET
  • MOULD
  • VALVE
  • WASTE ADAPTERS
  • 1. COUPLERS:

    A coupler connects the two pipes with each other. If the material and size of the pipe are not the same,it is called a reducing coupler.

    2.TEE:

    A tee is used either to combine or split a fluid flow. The most common tees are of the same inlet and outlet sizes but the reducing tees are available as well.

    3. ELBOW:

    Pipe fitting should be installed between two lengths of a pipe or tube allowing a change of direction usually 90 degrees or 45 degrees. Most elbows are available in short or long radius.

    4. DRAINAGE PIPES:

    Plastic drainage pipes come in lengths of 3m & 6m and in diameters from 110mm to 400mm. The normal foul drainage pipe is unperforated but perforated pipes are available for septic tank discharge.

    6. RUBBER FLEXSEAL ADAPTER:

    Rubber flex seal adapters come in many sizes from 50mm to 2000mm. They are ideal for repairing damaged drain work. Reducers/adapters make the repair of old clay pipes with modern plastic pipe.
