What is the checklist of cable lay out in home?

 
Checklist of cable lay out in home is following.
  • Check width and depth of the channel, the quality and size of the bricks for mechanical protection.
  • Check whether cable identification tags are provided or not.
  • Check the radius of bends.
  • Check whether proper loops at the ends have been made or not.
  • Testing of the cable should be done before and after the lay out.
  • Insulation test should be carried out before and after the lay out of cables.
  • Cables at the entry of a building should be protected by means of C.I or G.I.
  • Proper size of cable glands should be used for execution of the cable.
  •
