| This individual residence renovation project was proposed by a high - end client from the heart of the city, Anna Nagar. The requirement of the client was not to disturb the existing structure but to provide some elegant feel in front facade design.
The objective of the design is to transform from existing traditional features into contemporary. So the design was played with contemporary facade design incorporating elegant massing style with a neat usage of cladding materials. The skeletal wall of repetitive louvers add privacy to the front sit out areas. |
