While doing the lintel concreting, within hours, there was heavy rain and wiped out top portion of the concrete. When I asked the contractor to remove everything and redo the concreting, he said it won't be a problem and said that he will put some cement on the top and it will settle down. But my concern is , since the rain was very heavy, it could have got deep and removed cement fro. | |
