Termite menace in Mangalore tiled house
I think Ajit you are right, But boric acid must be mixed with propylene glycol hen it would kill all types of termites. The Glycol would become a part of wood fibre and penetrate in the wood. Other solutions are available. But before buying it, must know the effectiveness of the solution. .

my staircase starts from NE corner
As far as i know staircase should not be in north east corner. The best location for the stair is south or west. It is importnat because wrong direciton would cause adverse effects such as loss of wealth and income in business. The steps of stiars should rise from north to south or east to west. Stairs should be in clock wise direction. The number of steps should be an odd number. .

Kindly guide us for which type of flooring like marble, vitrified tiles is suita
Marble is more durable than Tiles. Tiles look very dirty from dust and does not look clean. Not suitable for homes. Can be used in commercial where mopping is done in frequent intervals. As tile floor is slippery so it is not suitable for kids. There are enormous amount of designs available in marble and also we have lot of types of marble. Marble looks wonderful especially Pure White Marble. Mar.
