If you have an option of not using the toilet seat in the NE then you can close the toilet seat with a yellow electricity tape. Color the floor around the toilet seat in yellow and put a yellow zero watt bulb in the toilet and switch it on for 24 hrs.
As stated by Jyoti, the NE defects are very serious. A toilet seat in the NE can effect the overall progress. The remedies listed can energize the NE area but cannot remove the defect.
