Best Zone for Master Bedroon is South West. IF due to any reason SW is not available in that case South and then next option would be West. In Vastu shastra SW zone is denoted by Rangshala and Shringar shala. This is the zone that Husband and wife should occupy and derive maximum benifit of it.

Precautions to be taken. Avoid mirror facing the bed, Avoid TV sets in the bedroom. and avoid instruments like cordless phones Mobile phones that emmit high electro magnetic force. The best option would be to switch off these gadgets while sleeping.
