I am checking for water proofing in load bearing house (was built about 10 years

I am checking for water proofing in load bearing house (was built about 10 years back). One side of house was attached to hill (about 6fit of wall is touching hill)and it was built with brick wall. There is seepage on this wall. Do u have any suggestion to prevent seepage from this wall without breaking? In same house living room is below ground level. there is seepage from floor. In heavy rain ab.
