I am using RCC framed structure for construting a house using concrete hollow blocks for external walls (8"x8"x16") and solid concrete blocks (4"x8"x12") for partition walls.I am using a grid of columns. Lintel Beam

I am constructing a house which is having RCC frame structure. The columns are of 1 feet by 1 feet dimension.The plinth beam is of 1 feet and 1 1/4 feet (15 inches ) dimension.I am using concrete block in construction.There will be a beam at roof level.Do I need a continuous lintel beam connecting the entire frame or lintels just on doors and windows will be sufficient..
