Mitigate front window blunder

Ok, so I am pretty sure my question falls in interior as well as construction category. Had it been so during construction phase, it could have saved probably lot of trouble. Getting to the point:Attached is the front window of second floor that we are building. Initially, thought was to create a RCC box for elevation but someone felt that it was not very pleasing and insisted on creating 'C' type.
