pillars and beam no.s and size for 20x50 size plot required

Good Afternoon,I have a plot which i have constructing a 2 bkh. plot size is 20x50 and already structure and rcc roof completed beam and pillar size of the foundation is 12 inches x.9 inches number pillars are total=8+ 2 pillar for staircase landing and we have dummy pillars more than 8 noshall size is 14.5 x17 with four pillar support on rcc roof added two 16 mm Rod pieces placed on center and th.
