Hello,
I need one information.
I have a house which is facing east but plot of that house is facing west. This is constructed according to vastu perfect.
We have purchased 3 continuous plots behind my house all plots are facing west. But the immediate plot after my house is facing opposite road.
My questions are
1-recemonded to register on my name( i am the owner of the house)
-if not can i register on my wife name?
-what can i do for the immediate plot which is facing another road?

Very useful article. Thanks for writing such articles for the benefit of common man. It would be still good if rough labour charges are mentioned so that a common man is not cheated by cntractor. For example what would be the labor charges for making door frame and windows per sq.ft ?Would very much appreciate your immediate reply?

sir i want to construct a house, which is 1200sqft the built up area should not be more then 900sqft (duplex).
my reqirement car parking,sitout,1bhk ground floor. 1 master bed room with colest, 1 bed room for guest at frist floor
