| how to build house
i have a plot of 50*80 ft in outer part oh city hubli.50ft side is facing the road.my plot is in the middle not corner.the area is not well developed and construction has not started in the area.
I want to construct a double bed room single stoery house in half the area ie 2000 sq feet and keep half part empty and sell it later.
My query is is it possible and how to materialise this
