The plot should be of square or rectangular shape. Ratio of width and length should not be more than 1:2 in rectangular plot.Normally, the plots are made in size 30' X 60' , 40' X 60' , 60' X 90' and 90' X 120' . The square plot is best. The plot size in ratio 1:3 can be improved by leaving open space in north direction.
