Please consider below points for final Estimate:
1) Plot is West Facing 150syds, 26x54 Dimensions. (54' Length & 26'Width)
2) Plan to Construct G+2 with total 2600 sft (ie 1000sft on Ground, another 1000 on 1st and 600sft on 2nd floor)
3) Ground to have a Staircase, Single Long Hall and remaining Open/Parking)
4) First floor which is planned for 1000sft will be a Duplex with Single Bed.
5) Second Floor which is planned for 600sft, will have 2 bed, 2toilet and Study room and remaining open to sky.
6) Estimate should include, each and every element of 2600sft house construction, including basement compound wall, sump, its flooring etc.
