Hello Vikrant

Please note the remedies:

For the toilet in the NE:

1.Paint the toilet green.

2.Put a yellow zero waat bulb in the toilet and switch it on for 24 hrs or atleast for 10 hrs.

3. Put a Jupiter yantra in the NE corner of the building.

4. Place a convex mirror on top of the toilet seat to refelect all the negative energies.

5. Put a crystal bowl full of rock salt on top of the toilet seat and change the salt when it is damp.

6. Put a white or yellow pyramid in the NNE or NE toilet.

7. Ensure there are no plumbing defects like leaking taps or pipes.

8. Put a pair of elephants in exact North and South facing center.

For the Stairs in NE:

1. Put a spotlight or zero waat yellow bulb on the ceiling in the NE and switch it on fr atleast 10 hrs.

For Open South:

1.Put a bagua mirror in the South gallery.

For power

1. Use the SW room. Bothe the decision makers or CEO's should use the SW room or the SW and West rooms  should be used by the CEO's.

2.Place a SW energizer yantra in the SW to enhance relationshsips.

For flow of income:

1. Hang a green landscape with flowing and not falling water on the North wall. Put an idol of Lord Kuber in the North.

2. Use the store in the NW to store finished products or stuff you want to sell of fast.

3. Keep the NNE -East (Room 1) as light as possible. If you put your staff in that room they should sit facing North or East.

4. Put a pair of white running horses in the NW facing center.

Please try to implement as many remedies you can from the above. If you need any help or clarification please feel free. Also if you need any of the the Vastu products please let me know.

Thanks

Hi Sabina Ji, Thank you so much for the great analysis that you have sent to me, I was able to download the file and view it correctly too. Unfortunately I am not in a position to make changes to this structure as we plan to build a bigger space next year where we would apply the Vastu principals from start. Can you please send me some remedies that I could use in the meanwhile? Regards

Hello Vikrant,

I'm attaching a file for your reference. It has a modified or alternate plan to the exsisting one. It is a rough plan and not a scaled plan. Please check and let me know how comfortable are you with these alterations.

The sitting arrangement that you have mentioned is actually against Vastu principles.

1. If the the owners of the company sit in the NE and the staff in the South and SW it will result in the staff being more powerful than the owners.

2.The owners will not be in a commanding position and would not be able to acheive the targets/results.

3. The staff will be more occupied with gaining power/position rather than concentrating on theit work.

If in case you are not comfortable with too many structural alterations we shall have to change the sitting arrangements and place some Vastu remedial products.

Awating your feedback

Thanks

Question clarification by vikrant on Tue Jun 24, 2008 1:24 PM
Dear Sabina ji, We are doing computer graphics and design and the seating arrangement will be as follows. 1) The directors room will be Room 1 where 2 directors will seat and one will face NE and the other E. 2) The staff will sit in Room 2, Room3 and Room4. 3) Sorry in the map provided by you the windows were not shown properly, Room 1 has a window in North and so does Room 3. Both have ACs fitted into them. The store behind Room 3 (In the NW direction) also has a window in it. There is also one window around the door facing E in the Room 1. There is no other window in the home. Please let me know if you need more information. Regards

Hello Vikrant, I need some more inputs from your end. Please let me know what kind of business you are doing and how many people occupy this place. Who are the key people and what is their sitting arrangement. Also where does the staff sit? If this is a corner plot with roads to North why there are no windows in the North wall?

Hi Sabina Ji, Please find below the answer to your queries, I was out of town and am now back to the office. 1) Where is the underground boring. ==There is no boring however the undergroud storage is in the Southeast side of the house. 2) What is the position of the over head tanks. ==Overhead tank is in the Northwest side of the house. 3) What is the position of the road/s. == It is a corner plot with roads on the East and North side of the building. 4) What is the position of the gas stove. ==It is in the kitchen facing west.

I shall be attaching the division of the layout once the attachment problem is sorted by GE experts. Please note the defects in the layout as provided by you.

Analysis Of The Building:

  • The Main Entry is from the East. An East entry signifies: Rajpriyata. Meaning that there will be a social acceptance. The people occupying this structure will have good social contacts and will be liked by their friends and family. From business point of view this entry is good because it will enhance business, social position, power, career and health. However the main gate to the building comes in both the first and second half of East. The second half of East signifies: Krodh meaning there can be chances of the people occupying the structure going through mood swings, anger, irritability & envy.
  •  The Second most important defect in the building is of Toilet and Staircase in NE. The staircase in the NE makes it higher than the South and SW and it also signifies heaviness in NE. The NE is the most important and sensitive area. If this is weakened as in the given case. It can lead to Extremism, extravagance, carelessness, negligence, debts, and wrong judgements. A weak NE can lead to diseases like: diabetes, liver problem, hip disorder, gall stones and skin problems.
  • There is a lot of open area in the South as compared to North & NE. In such a case one of the most important Vastu principles is violated. Such a building can have the following problems: Thoughtlessness, impulsiveness, loss of calmness, sudden deaths, accidents, loss of partner & injuries.
  • Open area in South with a kitchen in West. This may lead to house quarrels, violence and an increased inclination towards infections.

Points For Clarification

·         Where is the underground boring.

·         What is the position of the over head tanks

·         What is the position of the road/s

·         What is the position of the gas stove
