| Need the Deatiled Land/Cost/Material Estimate for Marriage Function Hall
Hi,
I have gone through your website and found very interesting. I think this a very good place to get valueble information and help.
We are planning to construct a A/C wedding hall in Andhra Pradesh (Near Eluru, WG District). Capacity of the hall should be around 400 people and it should have atleast 6 to 8 guest rooms and one additional hall for smaller functiona like birthdays, engagements, etc capacity should be around 100 people.
Need the estimate for the required land to accommodate the above request and the cost estimate including the Centralized/de-centralized A/C unit. I think small hall can go on the 2nd floor. Please advise the height of the hall also to provide better look.
My initial expectation of the hall area is around 4000 Sq. Ft. but please provide all your advises and cost and material estimates.

Please evaluate and advise your thoughts otherwise you can come-up with a brand new plan. I have no problem. In this I couldnt come up with a stair case option but I think at the front right side of the building is the good option. Let me know how to attach the plan to this comments. |

My intention is to construct just 2 floors in that 1st floor is for the big marriage hall & and two rooms to change dresses for Bride and Groom near to the podium and 2nd floor is for the smaller hall and additional rooms. We have enough land so we do not need to build the floor space for parking and dinner arrangements. Provide only one plan to accommodate my request within the specified budget of 2000Rs if possible. Please let me know. |

In reference to ur furthur questions I can resolve all other queries for you ... but u would be charged extra for the suitable plans . i will give u 2 options each costing 2200 rupees . These charges are very justified because ur 1 option shall comprise of 4 floor plans i.e. ground floor with parking and plot specifications , 1 st floor, 2nd floor , and 3 rd floor. and cost estimation of the ac plant shall be charged rs 500 . if you want these plans as per vastu then vastu consultancy charges shall be rs 2000 over and above. sorry about 1 thing sir i cannot provide you with reliable dealers for building products as i have not had a project that side .Rest if u have any doubts we can use the chat messenger facility at ghar expert |

A>Minimum requirement for accomodating 400 people in a marriage Hall is 4000 sqft to 6000Sqft. B>Each of ur guest rooms should be of 400 sqft carpet area including the attached bathroom which will be sufficient for 6 to 8 people to stay.So for 8 guest rooms you need an area of 3200 C> For the small Hall to accomodate 100 people the area should be minimum 1000 to 1500 sqft so ur total area comes to 4000 for the big hall 3200 for the guest rooms and 1000 sqft for the small hall which rounds abt to a grand total 8200 sqft - this is the carpet area; with the loading of 30% of walls the built up area shall be 10660 sqft . We can guide you how to plan this area with in the floors after knowing your plot size. I hope this is sufficient Information for you to decide to approve me as an expert or not & would give u the idea cost estimate including the Centralized/de-centralized A/C unit. 2>. The charges that u would need to pay would be in reference to the question asked therefore i would be also be intrested to know what kind of in depth details are u looking for so that i would be more than Happy to answer the question for you. .......Regards Vins |
