|  Topic: Economical and reliable choice of type of exterior staircase to the rented 1st floor of house.
My house construction has been started and there is no sunshade but the roof slab is projected outside 2.5ft all around the house. Now i am looking for a suitable type of staircase ie. RCC or Iron which is economical and easy to use since the upstairs will be rented later. If RCC is used the labour is already included in the labour contract and also there would be no reduction if i avoid rcc. There is space constraint in the plot also. |
