Extension of rcc roof like L shape and passage of air through air holes.

I am planning to avoid sunshade and extend the main roof 2.5ft and then bend downwards 1ft at right angle like L. So, would it adversely affect the air circulation through air holes since those will be blocked by the 1f downward extension of main slab even though there would be a distance of 2.5ft between both?  If yes, is there any idea to solve the issue?.

What are the pros and cons of flush valve compared to flush tank for a wall mount closet?

I plant to fit flush valve instead of concealed flush tank for wall hung closet to save money and avoid the complexities of concealed flush tank. The plumber told me that flush valve will work fine even if the water tank is on ground floor roof  ie. approx 10 foot above floor level if we use separate 1.5 inch plumbing line from water tank to closets. Is it ok? Should we use separate line for each .
