|  Topic: Hall Room Repair
Hi,
My ancestral property is in bad need of roof repair. Though it has very thick and high walls (min 2 x 25 ft) but no pillars in them.
I need advice for the following.
a) Lintel Cost/Rate for the Hall room which 35 x 50 ft. b) Design for Columns and Beams in middle as I intend not to put weght on Walls c) Plastering Cost for above d) Flooring Cost for the above

The cost of casting RCC beam, column and slab including centering
and shuttering when calculating in cubic feet i.e. length x breadth x
height ( thickness)= rs350-400/ per cubic feet including the hiring
charges of shuttering material i.e both labor and material. Design of beam and column depends upon the plan of the building, nos of columns and load coming on them. Plaster cost very from place to place due to cost of raw material and labor, in general it is Rs 10-00 per sft. Flooring cost is as per type of floor.
