Hello. I have a plot measuring 45'x80'(deep) North facing with a 40 ft road. Question. I want to built a stilt ( for 6 car parking), plus 3 floors. Each floor to have 2 apartments for a total 6 flats in the plot. All 3 floors will be identical or closely modifiable.How many sq. feet of Plinth area and common area area can i get from each floor. Please note that I want to be in line with in the maximum allowed CMDA building and permit rules and do not want to violate.A general comment and guidance wlll be greatly appreciated. Thanks. |

Dear Joseph,
It depnds on the FSI permissible on the plot. FSI (Floor Space Index) decides how much built area you can construct for a perticular plot. | | |

first of all you need to know the built area according to permit rules of CMDA in your city. After that you can send the built area and your requirement .then we can easily showing plan to you according your requirements.
