I want to demolish a double storyed building and reconstruct a G 4 Building on a plot size 65 ft x 44.33 ft at Kolkata.What would be the floor how much built up area is possible and rate of construction? |

Hii Amitava,
The Floor area (FAR) , height of permissible new building and Built up area will depend on which locality and the street / road on which you want to construct this new property and to be sanctioned as per KMC rules.

Join date: May 2014 | You can have help from an architect about the floor plans.
The build up area depends upon the authorities your area.
The construction cost will be around 1000-1200/Sq.ft of the covered area.
