It has raod on south direcion. I want to construct a house facing south as it is ideal position according to location as it is lengthier in south. Please advise. |

A South facing house needs to be dsigned very carefully since in a South facing house the drawing/dining/living toom all come in the front and the bedrooms/bath/toilets go in the North and Northeast thus flouting the baics of Vastu and making the structure weak for present and coming generations.

Entrance from south direction is not considered good as south direction has a cycle of 12 years. for 1st five years your growth will be excellent, next 3 years it will be uniform or stabilized but next 3 to 4 years will be very bad for you, you may loose watever you have gained if you have not done the proper savings. | | |
