We are planning to build a new house in 1000 sq.ft. I need to know whether constructing cost of first floor is lesser than than the ground floor?. If yes, then how much the cost percentage. Please clarify. |

Dear Kamal,
Kindly share the plan to enable us work out the cost differential for the first floor and ground floor houses. If you do not have a plan in place, kindly share your requirements to enable my team draw out the plans for your proposed residence.
If the plan is identical for the ground and first floors, the cost differential is generally the cost of foundation that is done for the house.
