thanx before going on to ask for the number of flats drawing may i know in square foot size of flat i can get i have 50*80 plot |

It depends what are you planning to build such as 1BHK , 2BHK, 3BHK. The size of the flats and number of flats depends on the configuration of flats and number of stories receptively.
There are other factors such as parking, balconies, Lift, etc.
