Hi there, I am thinking of building the house on 40 x 50 foot plot in Nagpur (west facing). It is NIT approved plot. I want to build it in such a way that my family should be able to accommodate it partly and remaining I should be able to rent out. I am expecting G+2 floor possible construction on the plot. There is should be sufficient space consider for parking. Also plan should abide by NIT rules and other local body regulation. Can any architecture / Civil engineer propose some plan for this requirement along with tentative charges to work around. Regards - Naresh
