Plot shape as per Vastu

The plot I am looking at is Go-mukhi, which seems OK. But there's an projection towards North-west, which is not good, and inauspicious as per Vastu since the projection is towords the North around15-20degree Two questions :1. My question is that is that a problem if I am not going to construct any part of the house in the projection. This I ask since I get a clear rectangle of 40*60 with 40ft bei.
