1. one contractor-A quotes rate per sq mtr (Rs in Lakh+). another contractor-B says that he will charge on market cost of materials purchased, labour cost, services / machinery used etc + 15% of his commission at each stage of construction and present his bills for payment.Question: contractor A or B, who should be selected for economical and trouble-free construction.
