Chain type staircase

Dear SirI wanted to know what may be the additional cost involved(both labor and material) for making a chain type stairs instead of normal stairs inside the house.Also for using chataee for roof slab instead of normal centring what can be the additional cost involved(both labor and material).Thx in advance.Praveen.

Clarification on Reinforcement

I am planning to build a duplex house on a 30*40 site with 12 columns.I just wanted to confirm is the below reinforcement sufficient for a G+1 duplex house.The house is block construction using 6 and 4 inch cement blocks.Pillars - 8 No 16 mm dia rods with 8 mm ties @ 6 in c/c with size of pillar 6 * 15 InchPlinth Beam - 4 No 16 mm dia rods + 4 No 12 mm dia rods (total 8 rods) with 8 mm ties @ 6 .
