traditional house construction

Dear Sir, I want to build a traditional house (2000 sq ft area) with centre potion left open for AANGAN, similar to houses found in kerala or rural india. with no RCC columns or beams, only first floor will have RCC foof and next will be roof with Clay tiles..the construction site is in Mayapur (dist- Nadia, west bengal) ..suggest the estimate..also suggest best material viz bricks or stone for th.
