Hi all,I bought a land 2yrs back with the width 17.5sq feet and length is 50 sq feet in madurai. Now i plan to build a house on there by getting loan from bank. Some body said that, the 17.5 sq feet width is not approved for home loan. Is it correct? friends pls share ur experience..
