Steel in Lintel

Thank You Jai Prakas Sir,Please tel me what is difference between Latak Beam ad Hazmi Beam (Beam under the roof) which one is better . My Contractor said I will give all beam under the roof with same sarya as in Latak beam . Pease suggest .He suggest sarya size .12 MM at 7" and 10 MM at 5"  distance  . and crank sarya 10MM  between every 7'' . is this is okey pls suggest.Thanks Krishna   .
